I looked on My Mopar and it's not one of the ones listed from 1959-1974.  Also didn't get a hit on the Mopar part number lookup there either.  Hopefully, someone on here will have one of the parts books that the IDIOTS at Chrysler made their dealers throw away and can look it up.
