adaptor for throttle and trans linkage.

Has anyone made an aftermarket adaptor for the throttle or trans linkage to fit with an aftermarket carb?
Going from a 2 barrel to a 4 barrel edelbrock my throttle cable hold area is not in the right place and the tranks linkage is a little off.

The Edelbrock #1481 Mopar throttle lever extension will properly align the linkage but the upper rod will still need to be lengthened because the 4-barrel throttle lever is positioned further forward than the 2-barrel. The Edelbrock #8003 or #8004 rod extender will work on some installations.
