quick ign question

i have a pro comp ready to run dist

first question-
do i need the ballastor and the regulartor to run the car

second-
if i need it have the the above items i currently using a mech regulator can i switch it over to a electric one.


using a painless wiring harness and its not painless at all.......nothing it matching up...

no idea on the Pro Comp dist
most electronic ign systems work better with an electronic regulator
depends on what coil you are using but 99% need a ballastr resister to live
Painless is a trade name not a comment on the product , it is colored & matched to GM wiring
