Okay he says that it was in the Charger when he bought it, but later on he says if you want it for a charger all you do is just change the front chrome peice. 

The seller is from Lake Villa, IL. I wonder if it is who I think it is.

If he sells that thing for $1000, I'll take $500 for the one I have.

Wow, someone is probably going to be really pissed when they get that thing in the mail. I wonder if they drop it off in the driveway at 2 am like they do with all their cars? I could be wrong but I think there's more to it than simply changing the front chrome piece if you want to use it on a Charger. The dial is wrong too.
