Does anyone know if this is a factory switch on a 73?

I'm pretty sure I pulled this switch off of my 73 interior. But it's been a couple years since I've pulled the interior apart. Does anyone recognize where it would go? And where it would plug into? Would it have been there originally?

That's where I believe I pulled out it from originally. I even see where it would go in the glove box. But is there suppose to be a lamp in the glove box? I don't see where the lamp would go.

I'm sure it was available but you'll have to get one of the 3rd gen pros to tell you where it would go.

THAT'S the glovebox switch'n'socket you thought didn't have ;)

Bulb goes inserted just right inside the back side where wire goes. In fact wire feeds directly on to the bulb chassis for a while, ground is feeded by spring inside directly to the bulb bottom contact. The bayonet end point of bulb inserts on wire terminal automatically

Yes, you are on the left. :icon_smile_wink: You probably had to shove my wife out of the way first though.  The 68-70 is different but the A-body has the same style as the 1st and 3rd gen Chargers too.

Note, plug on wire is diff and 3rd gens doesn't use the lense, just to show how the bulb fits
