There were 457 67 GTS built in total. It was a mid-season entry. The split was about 50/50 on Auto vs stick. No breakdowns on body style as far as I know.

All the badging was Dart GT other than the fenders.

The hood in 67 was just a plain hood. The inserts didn't come until later.

I have no idea what hood was on the car, only that they sold it right after they got the car. I also don't know what became of the rest of the car, it might have been scrapped. The same friend who got the shaft by them, had had dragged another Dart GTS project back to NY from FL when he moved back here. He sold it to another friend, who's been gather NOS parts for it for years to restore it. A tan/beige colored, 1969 GTS with a 440 & an auto trans.

I once considered a slant 6 Dart GT that a friend's neighbor was selling for $200 back in the early 80's. It was a running, driving car, but I had never seen so much rust in my life & passed on it.

If that car came with the 440, it's an even rarer GSS.

Are you referring to the beige/tan '69? This one is definitely a 440 car, I saw it.

My buddy's ride.  Just like the yard rig.

Here is a big block GTS a friend of mine bought about 2 years ago. If he didn't I think I would have.
