A Bud of mine, with a Hemi RR called to say his rig was running like crap and to come over.  When I got there, he fired it over and I could hear a miss, right off the bat.  Started checking things.  When we got to the plugs, they all looked great except for #7.  This is what we found.  That and a small pin hole, in the plug wire, grounding against the header.

Lucky!!  New spark plug----New plug wire---route wire away from header---Can't ask for an easier fix than that!!!   Bob

How does a Hemi's spark plug get close to the header?

I was wondering just that.

That is not even a hemi plug.  That is a wedge engine spark plug.

Yep, yer right.  It's a Hemi RR, but has a 440 in it right now, while the elephant, is being rebuilt.
Good eyes, though, guys.   These are Hemi Plugs

So the real fix is to get the Hemi back in there.  ;)
