Good idea to bag and tag every nut and bolt, i did that and it make reassembly so much nicer.  And go buy a $10 disposable camera if you have to and take lots of pics. 

When you tag the parts, don't use brief descriptions.  use some words!!  When I put my car together, the descriptions from 5-10 years ago didn't make sense.  So write things out..  Make it a long and usable note. Now when I bag something I will write a long note on a piece of paper and stuff it in the bag with the part.  Sometimes you can reference a drawing or the Shop MANUAL.
