The Coronet is a 1 of 41 car because its a 500 with a 318 3spd manual :)

You know...rare doesn't always mean desirable.  If it's too nice to part, or if it's substantially better than your charger, maybe fix the coronet for the summer, cruise it, then sell it and put that money into the charger for summer '12?

I didn't see this until now....the Charger is much more complete and MUCH closer to being road worthy for the summer :yesnod:

Whew! I just read all 14 pages!  I have a similar deal, my 73 SE was my first car.  I bought it when i was 18 in 2001 from my grandparents who bought it new in 73.  I completely understand what it is to be on a limited budget.  Also how life is a rollercoaster.  I finally got mine running after it sat for the past 6 years.  Even took it down the road!  It drove HORRIBLY!  Lol I'm in your corner man!  Unfortunately I can't offer you anything but support.  Any update on your progress?

Hey Eric.....nothing really too much. Bought a mint '69 tail light lense and ring for it to replace my broken '70 lense and put that in last week. Also saving for a MIG welder but nothing much else....

Cody, take it to ONE Car cruise/show and you'll be selling off some of those "tide me over" cars, and investing some time and money in that ol Charger. ALOT can be done that doens't cost anything but your time.

Money isn't a major problem at the moment, I have some here and there to do work with however I do not have a place to work on it at this moment.
