Depont metal condtioner question <help>

I have  a question about Depont metal condtioner ,is it normal to change the color of the metal after washing it off ? its  kind of a blue /green color ?

It might be, but I think it is more of a whitish coating which is the phosphate coating this provides.  I only wash it in the metal for about 2-3 minutes with a scothbrite pad real good, then rinse off very thouroughly with clean water.  I don't know if it would turn more those colors if left on there longer as I have never left it on longer than approx. 3 minutes.

Real good stuff to protect for years and years to come.

I used the nason/depont  etch primer then the epoxy primer yesterday ,and if that shit stays on metal as good as it stays on my hands it will be on there forever.
