NYCMille

Just remember that the upper door pad on a 68 are different to those of a 69 or 70. The lock placed further back on the pad.

I have a xh model 70 charger and I have clips for the upper door pads.  i know this, because i put a set on

It isn't odd to find an XH car that has had the doors changed, or retrofitted for the pads. I have seen many mods done to these cars to make them appear higher end. From a simple R/T badge all the way up to pads, buckets and tailpanel trim installed.

You, know what?  Now that I think about it I think someone put 69 doors on my car

BEAPARTS

The upper door pads for the 68-69 chargers are in production right now.

charger2fast4u

who's making them anyone do anything interesting to this space besides put the panels on i think it would stand out more if something else was there but i'm having trouble thinking of something to do to it

Woo-HOO!!!!  :punkrocka: :boogie:

Any idea of the price? I was gonna send a set off to Just Dashes to restore soon. I'd like to know so I have something to compare.
Thanks!!

I'm not sure where the selling price will be yet, we will have to do production costing after the pieces or made.

Anything will be worth it as long as they are quality parts like you have been making.  Now you need to repro the tail light trim for 69 cars. :yesnod:

There are 2 on ebay now.  Some sold individually there for $31-99ea last week.  Should have not problem finding them in time.

I wouldnt say any price would be worth it as we had some dudes trying to sell quarter panels on here for $2800 each and they ended up folding their business.

resq302

Maybe I should have said anything reasonable would be worth it.

Captain D

If you guys are talking about the 69' Charger tail-light chrome trim, I found a company making repros except that these are chrome plated plastic; not metal.

But anyway, yeah, these upper door panels are hard to find. I just bought an original pair, in excellent condition, on ebay for almost $300. Only question is...can these repros be dyed to another color? I just know from personal past experience that the repro armrest pads can't be dyed. I just wonder if these panels can be dyed...
High regards,
Aaron
