I saw this car this morning for sale and it looks very complete and in very decent shape for its age.  Looks as though it was last registered in '05.

Not positive about the engine pad stuff... anyone?

As for the engine, I have the same codes. 

5 = 1975
T = Trenton plant
440 = obvious
E = cast crank

10 & 15 = I thought these were build dates or something (I don't have them).

I was told once that the "T" mean Truck.  But I later found out that is only if it comes AFTER the "440."

10 15 is the build date October 15, 1974
