Couple questions for the experts.  The first picture shows my girl with the front wheelhouse missing what I thought were somekind of splash shield.  I thought maybe I could get the wheelhouse skins from YearOne (item #BN36LHRH) but the body guys say they don't fit.  What exactly am I looking for here?

Also, the bumper brackets under the car appear to connect to something...the second picture is taken as I looked down behind the grill, the two bumperettes have holes that I would think connect to something but I can't find anything in the service manual.  Anyone know?

your missing the 2 little plastic "deflector" type dealys and a crossmember that ties your bumper mounts together

Damn, should of known about that crossmember....seen that before.  As for the deflectors, do they attach to the front and back of the wheelhouse?  Nothing attaching to the two pieces together to cover the body metal?

the deflector thingys are attached with 2 rivets to the bottom of the framerail, i just drilled the rivets out this morning on mine.

they aren't a 90 degree bend they bend a little more than 90. i am not sure what they are called but the are definatly not inner "rear" splashsheilds, i jusy ordered mine today they are completely different.

they are only about 10 inches long and 6 inches tall. maybe someone else here knows what they are called for sure or has bought a set.

checked out your site, awsome car, A4 with red interior i love it, awsome pics i am gonna be saving a pile of them for when i get done blasting mine and start welding.

the rear splashguards i ordered from crosscanada at my local napa "canada", the rears are totaly different, they are metal and fit up inside the rear of the front fendors, i am not going to replace the plastic ones we are talkiing about as mine are perfect just dirty

He has been trying to sell that for a year, it has heavy pitting, and started out at $49.99
but I can tell you, it is hard to find one with light pitting, it just sits there and holds water........

I'd give my money to member Bill Allphin at A+M Hightech Automotive before spending it via e-bay.

Take some time to look around his site for all of the correct items you need for your Charger.

Thanks 8Wheeler but checking out this thread: http://www.dodgecharger.com/forum/index.php/topic,30461.0.html, it appears I'm missing more then just the two splashguards as you can see from this picture there is absolutely nothing inside the wheelwell.

I think the reason you see so much extra space under there is because the ride height needs to be adjusted.  Lower it down and you'll see an improvement.  As the others have pointed out, the only thing that attaches to the underside of the front frame rails are the two splash shields on either side, in front of the LCA and the starter splash shield that attaches on the driver side behind the front wheel.

There are splash shields that cover the door hinges, another one behind the front upper part of the fender (behind the headlight) and another that wraps around the bumper brackets.

All of these can be seen in my link, in your link of when I undercoated my car.  I have yet to install the k-frame shields (like Dan has in his photo) or the starter splash shield.

True, waiting to lower the car until it's almost done....those splash shields that 8Wheeler pointed to in the ebay ad says they are the "straight bottom type"....do you have any idea which type a 69 takes?
