It's not cool to say that "most of their parts are stolen".  That's lame.  I'm sure there are hot parts out there, but not "most".

To be honest that would be stupid... Not only would the guy taking it from you just be doing his job and therefore be innocent it is also still only a car. I like Chargers and loads of cars in general, but I wouldn't kill or die myself for one. I can see how I would be upset though, and this thing really is rediculous, but it is the law. If you don't like it, get enough people to oppose.
