I need to make some patch pieces, specifically where the quarters come down into the trunk gutter area.  The pieces have a really sharp 90 deg angle to them.  I had some other pieces made for me on a brake at work and the 90's are a little more rounded.  Anyway to get the sharp bend to the metal?  Thanks  matt

maybe that brake they were using to make those 90s wasn't a very defined edge. the brake i use at work gets real sharp bends.

Other than that if its a small piece stick it in a vice and beat it with a hammer to get a sharp edge, or use a vice grip. those are really your only choices, but if I were you I'd much rather find someone with a better brake.

the brake should leave a pretty sharp bend.
