stripped firewall holes

what do you guys do to fix holes that are stripped in the firewall, like for the voltage regulator snd balast resistor?

If you can get to the back of them put a nut on, if you cant get to them weld and redrill , if its already painted cheat the hole over as little as posible and cover it with the resister bracket or ect. as a last resort
68 Charger R/t white with black v/t and red tailstripe. 440 4 speed ,black interior
68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

you can use a plastic fastener on hole, then a ground wire.
