Pentastars on Magnum 500 center caps?

My first Charger (a 73 of course) had blue pentastars on the center cap of the Magnum 500 wheels.  All the ones I see in pictures and all the reproductions look different with just a circle on them.  What years did they use the pentastar on them?

I always thought that was strictly an aftermarket thing?? ???

could they just be added ? There are stickers and trim with all brands to fit on center rims down here

Im not sure anymore since I dont have the car.  It looked stock or at least pretty old.  I always assumed they were original.

I'm 98% certain that those are an aftermarket thing.  If they aren't, it's from some oddball thing like those funky van packages from the mid 70's or something.
