I like the style plum. but seriously. have you looked at how these cars were built? its kinda creepy really. but they do look nice. I've also been told that a company now makes a drop seat riser, for those of us about 5'8" tall, and its supposed to make it so someone up to around 6'3" can sit in them comfortably. I just havent seen a car with it installed.

I was more so brought up on Fords. Although the first car I wanted was a Charger, I had several Mustangs and T/A's in between. This is one of my Mustangs that I sold a few years ago.

Now that is a nice looking Mustang.
I also have to say you have one of the coolest 68's I have ever seen. That is one sweet car you have.  :2thumbs:

Thanks man, I do love my toys, then and now. :icon_smile_big:

I ALWAYS wanted a '69 Mach 1.  That is until I worked on one  :RantExplode:  What a tinny, cheaply built piece of crap  :RantExplode: They're nice looking cars, but I'd feel safer crashing my riding mower at 60 mph than one of those things :rotz:

Below is the stylish Ford Falcon automobile that the Mustang was based on:

Wow that is a very nice Fastback! I'm in love! Do you have more pictures of it? Here's another customized Mustang that I love.

I think Falcons are pretty wicked looking too. Then even cooler when they're modded into a Mad Max Interceptor. ;)

:scratchchin: does anyone else think those falcons (the aussie ones..) look like a torino on steroids?.

I wouldn't swap my Charger for a Mustang, but that doesn't mean I don't like them.  I have always thought that the fastbacks were cool looking.  Some of the Mustang photos on this thread are really tough looking.  If you like cars at all, I don't see how you can't like those.

I think the 69 Mach 1's are probably the sharpest car Ford ever built, and I sure wouldn't throw it out of my garage if it resided there....

A few more pics.  The 1980 Mustang Cobra was a garage sale find (paid $75 for it, and sold it three years later for $700).  I took the profiet from the sale and bought the blue 1968 Mustang coupe for $550.  I drove that one home, whereby the previous Cobra had a blown engine.......
