Great more body damage. Today my truck got back from getting the transmission replaced(apparently my vibration was caused by worn out overdrive bearings. fluid was brown and there where filings in the pan.) so my dad drove it home and parked it in the driveway. About a coupe weeks ago my dad bought my brother his first car(1979 Dodge Aspen R/T) and my brother decided it was time to work on it. in gusting winds no less, and this car has the doors that are like 3 feet long. So according to my brother a just of wind caught the door and slammed it into the bedside of my truck.  :big_grin2: *twitch twitch*so theres about  loonie sized paint chip in the side of the body line. Most of the paint from the chip is still there and holding on but it's lifted exposing the metl underneath. sigh why? what did I do. ah well. guess i can rip off the bed and get it painted. sigh. I'll post pictures soon. I applyed some touch up paint to the chip but its pretty bad.

i'm kiddin of course, i'm sure that's a retorical question eh?.....  :scratchchin: isn't it?..

I am kidding,.. i love your ram and sympathise,.. but it'll be o.k. worse things have happened..   :pity:

ChargerRT440

yeah. I'll get pictures probably tomorrow. I tired to fix it with some match paint. looks like crap but rust looks worse. sigh oh well. I'm planning on taking the bed off later in the fall maybe and getting the trucks bed fixed. at that time i'll get the bed repainted and the inside coated in that rugged liner stuff. Oh well. My brother was whining about having to pay to get the whole side of the bed when it is in fact a small area of damage. He doesn't understand why It wouldn't be fine to paint that area and leave it be. Luckily he hit an area that I have access to from the back.

Sorry but I'm more worried about the damage to the Aspen.  ;D
