can a 318 standard flywheel be rebalanced to work on a 360?

The Mopar engine manual shows how to do it , it involves I believe 3 holes drilled to a certain depth using a given drill diameter , I would just send the whole rotating assy out if the engine is apart though

cool,so it's a lightening deal , no metal has to be added. so if I send the rotating Assembly out to be balanced they should be able to do it right?thanx for all the info guys .
