Took my 8yr old Daughter to the Zircus Circus during the weekend, Chinese acrobats , no animals , a very impressive 2 hours worth, man they were agile , mostly teenagers and some really young girls
Also did the Wall of Death gig in their own "Death Star" with 4! motorbikes

Actually he had his paw up as if saying "Hi" then he say down, scratched his nose, and went back to eating. I was about 30 yards away maybe a little less when I snapped the pictures.

Black bears are hardly temperamental as a Grizzly and it's the wrong time of year for cubs. Besides his body language was calm enough. On top of that I had my blade on my hip and a friend with a rifle about 100 yards to the left of me

Black bears are fairly inquisitive creatures. More than a couple times you have to smack them on the nose and tell them to get back cause they are in your person bubble 

Came across this guy today, he was sure interested in what was behind that fallen tree...





He was about 50 yards away and was a good sized black bear. Not big but good enough to fit in my freezer! 

Sadly bear season is closed now until September.

Yeah, they're trying to figure out how they can get into the house and help themselves to the sunflower seeds. They know that's where it comes from.

This is Elephant Rock. It's never the same twice. It's painted over every week and every time we drive past , we never know what to expect.
Sometimes it resembles an elephant (trunk and all), hence the name and it actually looks really good but more often than not it's graffiti'd over with all sorts of messages.
