Found this in the June 21, 1968 LIFE magazine. I thought it was pretty cool.
What caught my eye was the smooth lines in the Charger verses all the other Chrysler products.

I dunno - I'd say that the Roadrunner, GTX, Barracuda and even a few others have some pretty smooth body lines as well.

I like 'em all!

Very cool and I like the Coronet R/T and the Barracuda fastback. I didn't know that they were producing the heavy equiptment for the army.

I wouldn't having that forklift other than the obvious
Earth. Even the word sounded strange to me now... unfamiliar. How long had I been gone? How long had I been back? Did it matter? I tried to find the rhythm of the world where I used to live. I followed the current. I was silent, attentive, I made a conscious effort to smile, nod, stand, and perform the millions of gestures that constitute life on earth. I studied these gestures until they became reflexes again. But I was haunted by the idea that I remembered her wrong -Solaris

Not just Chrysler, all the American automakers.  Interestingly, many of the Asian carmakers produce a variety of products.  Now, who was paying attention in history class?
