Don't take it so personal.  Back in 1992 when the first World Series game was played North of the border, some US group (Honor Guard, Marines or something like that) walked onto the field during the opening ceremonies with the Canadian flag upside down.  The Blue Jays put it behind them and went on to win the series.  No biggie.

We all get nonsense emails like that above.  Here are a few helpful hints to help you discern if they're legitimate before posting or forwarding.

First, check your facts.  Before mindlessly posting crap, especially incendiary crap like this, do maybe 10-15 seconds of checking on the validity. In this quest, why not consider yourself "Skipper" and www.snopes.com as your own personal "Gilligan".  In this case, for example, the incident took place over a year ago.   (http://www.snopes.com/photos/politics/mexicoflag.asp)

Second, maybe ask yourself "Do this make sense or seem false?" I know this will not go down as easy as your morning bowl of Count Chocula, but a state's Governor does not have the ability to resolve every petty conflict or high-school incident across the state.  Yes, even Arnold, my friend.  He's a politician, Bro, not a Superhero.  That should be a key clue.

Third, a good thing to also check is bad grammar or incorrect word use (for example using subsume in place of subordinate).  If it's legit, it's usually well-written

If the item does not pass these simple tests, feel free to hit the DELETE button and spare others.

Well....... I checked out the url you sent. Good job "Professer". I guess you knew about it already. Second IT DID HAPPEN maybe not by the students at that school but it did happen by what looks like students. I still look down at the school that LET the so called protesters do that crap. I work at a high school and our security would never let that happen. And if they were rioting the cops should have been right behind them either deporting them or sending their asses off to school where kids belong in the middle of the day .....it was when school was in session ....the chicken shits did do a lock down. They were throwing bottles and what ever else......yeah sounds like a pretty lame neighborhood for security. Good thing a few good men never showed up!!!  Third, sorry if I struck a nerve.....hope you have another to spare. Maybe you know some people that run or teach at the school? I feel for them on their lack luster performance to stop kids from humiliating them like that. My count chocula went down fine just like it will tomorrow morning. It is still floating around on the internet. The site keeps updating it also to cover their tracks or droppings in this case........maybe Arnold is doing that

A percentage of teenagers will jump at the chance to protest anything they view as "establishment." In this case it's the country they're living in.  Doesn't mean much. 
If you gave the school cafeteria only green kool-aid for a week, you could easily stir up a protest full of red cool-aid supporters.

It's moronic that the school let it happen, though.

Maybe it should be locked. By letting this incedent happen at that school ANYTHING probably could have happened.

About the only thing that will come from letting this thread continue is more member bashing.  In addition to some other steps explained herein, perhaps some members could also benefit from thinking about the personal slams they are preparing to type and consider whether THOSE will do the site any good.  As has been mentioned in other threads, we (Troy & the other Mods) have turned a blind eye towards enough of this type of stuff hoping that it would go away on its own.  Instead, that only seems to have emboldened some guys to do it even more.
