These have been there since I got my car any advice on any of them?

1) blinkers won't cancel
2) lights fade when I come to a stop
3)a light between the 2 large guages comes on whenever the lights are on

any help would be great

1  The turn signal switch is broken or the snap ring on the steering wheel is missing.

2  Have the alternator and battery tested.   Also check for loose or corroded wiring.

2-- with stock Mopar charging system there is a normal ammount of dimm out at iddle. If is more dim out that "normal" it could be ANYTHING, from damaged regulator, bad chassis ground, damaged alt or bat or SIMPLY LOOSEN OR CORROED TERMINALS on bulkhead, amm studs, alt stud, starter relay stud etc...

3-- Light between two large gauges... do you mean red brakes light ? it does come on when emergency brake is hooked or if you have a pressure brake fluid problem on brakes ( leak or  pressure difference between rear and front lines ). I would think more there is a wrong bulb/socket inserted on that hole, some socket with orange wire. It should be a plastic socket with two wires. Is the only socket feeded by two wires on underdash harness beside the A/C-heater control cluster light.
