Would you paint or not?

Would you guys paint the Eddy heads and manifold or leave as is? To paint I would have to mask everything off. It looks like a pain to mask the carbs.

Depends on the "look" you are trying to go for.   Personally I would paint evertthing (remove the carbs before painting)

I would not paint it. It looks awesome the way it is. If it was closer to stock than sure paint it but that intake and head combo is nowhere near stock.

take the carbs off and squirt it !!

68 383 auto with a/c and power windows. Now 440 4 speed jj1 gold black interior .
My Charger is a hybrid car, it burns gas and rubber............

Do you think it"s too much flashy with the chrome valve covers? This is what my old set up looked like. The car is stock looking. The problem with removing the carbs. is it is going on a dyno next week for breaking in the cam and then power tuning it. I don't want to take the carbs. off and mis-adjust anything.

I like it , It looks good the way it is. I wouldn't paint it . And the the chrome valve covers :thumbs:

leave it the way it is, looks much better IMO, aluminum doesnt rust and looks nice on the top of the painted engine
