Correct Muffler size for a 68' Charger

Hey guys -

Does anyone know the correct muffler size for a 68' Charger - TTI is saying its a 27" muffler, but that sounds HUGE to me - is this in fact correct?

I just called accurate in oregon and Tom says.  21" is the correct size (25.5") overall with inlet and outlet.
