Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

See some of my stuff in the "Got a pic of your Charger?   Post Up!" thread. Also I posted some recent stuff on scatpack a while ago, too. Better pics of the console and rear seats than the 3am shots I posted here. You can check out the widened sail panel on the passenger's side, and compare it with the stock driver's side. Yep, I am in process of moving the doorhandles too. The stock ones really interrupt the body line. I've never cared much for them.

I personally like cars modified, little or a lot.  If you look at the picture forum I just posted some of the 70 that I have and will be working on.  It will anything but stock

NOW, I too did not tear up a charger.  Actually this is the put together of two totaled cars so I am actually saving one.

One lost the front end when I believe it was it by a truck.  The other was rear ended. So.  I have no stock RAD. support and the butt welded tail end is off a different car so my # are not even close to matching...

I like wheels, seats, dashes.  I WILL say I have seen some things I have thought to be dumb.  But again everyone has there own taste.....  Mine will fit my taste when done.  I have always thought a Challenger type handle on a charger relocated to the top of the door would look good.  Maybe odd.  But it would not stick out the side the the ones do now....

GO CUSTOM

Now if I HAD a 69 R/T hemi,,,,, Well I would put it back to original.....

Hey Blown 70, what do you think of the GP doorhandle on top of the quarter panel?

GRAND PRIX?  I guess I was just thinking dodge and never thought about fitment... I guess I never looked if a challenger would fit.  you may have to go with one of the newer ones to make it work I guess.  I think depending on your car color code it to the car or chrome.

The handle is already on there. I just wondered what you thought of the look. Check the link to the Scatpack thread, or to the PostUp thread here. My car is toward the bottom of page 2 on PostUp! .  It is a 69-72 Grand Prix doorhandle, modded with shielded cable to reach the latch release inside the door.

cudaken

At one time I was thiking about using 70 Cuda door handle's on top of the door like a Vet handle. But decide not to do it. My taste is stock body, interior and every thing else go's.

I see.  I honestly would have went on the door with a flush mount newer handle that would have the lock in it.  HOWEVER, its your car I certainly say do what you wish.  I certainly dont think its bad.

Are you going to move that too the lock??

kab69440

I still have no idea what to do with the lock. There really isn't anywhere to move it to. I guess it'll just come off, and the locks will be hooked up to a wireless remote. I used the GP doorhandles simply because I have always liked the way they look. In all honesty, they make opening the door a bit  awkward, but they look really cool doing it! We all know style is what counts, right? I also hear they add 15 horsepower or so... :P
