Has anyone identified a source for the correct blower motor for a 69 charger with ac.  I ordered one made by Ready-Air (actually Four Seasons) p/n 35563 but it is not the same motor.  It looks like ACDelco has one listed, p/n 15-80602, Siemens lists a PM202, Napa has a 6551048, and Ready-Aire has another listed, p/n 5165.  I bet one of these is the right part.  Just thought someone may have gone thru this process and ended up with the right motor.  Thanks.

How about my blower motor? Will that work in your '69?

Sorry ,I had to say it.

I took the 35563 back.  Ended up ordering the PM202 at Autozone.  I guess we will see if it's correct.  If not, I will try to find some place to order the 5165 or the ACDelco.

I got the PM202 and it's similar to the correct motor but not exact.  The correct motor depends on whether the car came with or without ac and if the ac was factory or dealer installed.  My car came with ac and was factory installed.  Best I can tell, the 5165 motor would probably be the correct one.  I can't prove this.  I found out that the 5165 was sourced under the Ready-Aire name and sold by Advance Auto.  The Ready-Aire motors came from Proliance in Ft. Worth, TX.  They don't have any and they can't provide an image.  Adavance doesn't have any either.  It appears that the Ready-Aire was rebuilt and they have no cores and thus are not available.  Probably never will be available again.  I was told to just take mine to an armature rewinding place and get it rewound.  The original in my car actually works but I was going to replace it as a matter of course since it's a 38 year old electrical part.  I guess I will just hope it continues to work.  I think the PM202 by Siemens will get the job done if yours is burned out.

A final note on this thread.  I got a reply back from Four Seasons who makes blower motors and they don't have the exact piece for 69 chargers either.  The correct part number for a charger blower motor with factory installed ac is Chrysler number 2837694.  If you want to keep the appearance of your original motor, you will have to get yours rewound.  I have no idea what that costs.  I will probably clean up mine and paint it and hope it never quits.  As I said in an earlier post, the Siemens PM202 looks pretty close and will probably get the job done if yours burns out.
