I'm not exactly sure who came up with the wheel & tire & car illustrator but it is available at Newstalgia. I have seen it used other places as well. Nice program.

Originally American racing Wheels had that on their site.  The program designer saw my cars' website & asked me to take a straight on side shot of my car.  I submitted it & they used it...that was about 6+ years ago now I think
It seems a lot of vendors have picked up the program now.
