Hey Guys, I have found a 340   T/A block that I may be able to acquire. The owner says he is pretty sure one cylinder will need a sleeve. If the block can be made useable, whats a ballpark figure that could be used for resell or trade.  thanks..........J

they are getting tougher to find only built the 440 for 4 years.  Now if you can find the guy with the TA that matches those #s I imagine your resale could be pretty good.

Please email or PM me with the VIN on it. If the car has been registered the block is worth more to the owner of the car it matches than to anyone else.  ;)

T/Ake care,

i always thought 6yrs (68-73)

If you have no vision or creative spirit, you can always fall back on the way the factory did it.

I may be wrong it happens way to often but I thought the 340 replaced the 273 after the 69 model year and was replaced by the 360 after the 73 model year.
