Evans Wiring harness questions

I bought mine from Evans because of all the positive things I heard about his harnesses. But because the one I took off my car was so butchered, I'm not sure what some of these conections are for :-\

On the main engine harness, right off the fuse block, what are the twin black wires with the single plug for? My car didn't even have these. And I don't recall anywhere to plug it in. The shop manual seems to point it at the brake warning switch?

Also right off the main harness, there is this long black wire. Is this the starter relay wire connector? (driver side fender) The wire on the left, is the one that was that was on the car. And as you can see, has a different ends on it. So, it looks like I either have to cut the new harness or do I have the wrong starter relay?

On my new tranny harness, you can see the brown/yellow wire. My old one did not have that one as it was a California emission car. What is it for and where does it go? :-\

I think the wire on the right in the second picture looks like the connector for the brake warning switch.

The wire in the last picture looks like it goes to the starter relay.

Not sure about the top picture.

Second picture is the starter solenoid (not relay) and brake safety switch.

Last picture is the neutral safety switch. Round plug goes to the switch on the transmission. The other one goes to the starter relay.

I know the round one is for the tranny switch :P The brown and yellow one was not on my car (least in that color) cause I had a modified C body harness in my car (that was spliced into the tranny harness) when I got it. And I didn't pull one like that off the starter solenoid either. The shop manual says the top picture (plug) is for the brake warning light? (again, not on my car when I got it) So I'm just trying to make sure. And again, the second picture... LEFT SIDE was on my cars starter solenoid when I got it, what is the RIGHT side for? I have no plug like that on my Starter solenoid.
