Was dropping off my car tonight (72 Charger) to get a headliner installed and lost power to the tach, turn signals, oil press, water temp & fuel.  Did not have time to trouble shoot it with him meeting me after hours and my wife waiting to give me a ride home.  Has to be something simple since the car just came from getting painted and it all work good before.  All new Year One wiring in 1999.

Any ideas on what you would look at first for those of you that have the wiring schematic memorized?

Thanks Paul

do you have Radio, A/C or heater, back up lamps  ?.

Voltage limiter what feeds the cluster guages is feeded directly by black wire of ignition switch.

That same black wire is what it feeds the accesories side of fuse box, where the tach and turning signal flasher take the power

check for power on accesories side of fuse box on accesories position.

If not power then probably you have accesories source death. Probably damaged ignition switch, black wire or terminal/plug down the column loosen or dirty.

not A/C light... A/C ITSELF: blower and compressor clutch
