Be careful with Paddock.  I ordered a $200 + order from them and they charged me something like $32 for shipping an 8 lb box. :o Needless to say I was pissed and I called them about it.  They claim that they do not charge by the weight but by however much you spend.  God help you if you purchase a NOS lens from them for $300 plus.  I'd hate to see what that shipping cost would be.  That was the last time I will ever order from them! :icon_smile_angry:

Ghoste

They all hammer you on shipping.  YO will put a handful of decals in a box big enough for a hood scoop and send a single truck to your door.  That'll be 23 dollars for the decals sir and 489 dollars for shipping, thank you and have a nice day.

I posted on another thread about the paddocks shipping.  I stopped ordering from them because of this.  They advertise a lower price then make it up on shipping.  Most items are discount exempt as well.  I ordered over $1000 worth of parts to get a 20% discount, They told me only $300 of my order was applied to the $1000 I needed for the discount.  I cancelled the entire order.

I had a similar case with Jim's auto parts. I couldn't believe my eyes when I got the freight bill, they really had compensated the lower prices on the shipping. I don't think this kind of marketing trick is going to do any good on long term customer realationship :scratchchin:

Two weeks or so ago I called them to order some things for my Charger, and of the 7 items I was going to order they only had 1 in stock. A couple of years ago the same thing.
