I talked to a friend this morning and he told me that my Charger was the subject of a mag article back in the nineties. He thinks it was a Mopar mag. Supposedly the car's unque color was the topic of the article. Allegedly there was only two Hemi Chargers made in 68 in dark blue- one 4 speed and 1 auto. Is anyone here familar with that article. Any help in finding that article, if it exists, would be much appreciated.

Brock Samson

i know they're rare but i have seen one once parked on the street in San Mateo (just south of san francisco)  in 1997... '68 dark blue... auto if i remember correctly...

edit upon rereading this post...
the one i saw wasn't an R/T let alone a HEMI..

----  EDIT  ---         yep thats sounds like it might be the  (Brock)    :yesnod:  i am pretty sure it was from California .  all  3  of them were stripe delete

I recall another article about a HEMI equipped Charger of that color, as described above. It seems to me it was restored on the west coast too.
I'll try and find that article as well.
