I saw this online the other day.  I would have bought it in an instant, I emailed the guy and told him I would buy it without even seeing it.  What a deal.  Congrats to whoever bought this.

This is what the ad read
"1968 Charger 440-$1500, needs paint interior is bad black mold runs ok new starter tires is bad"

TruckDriver

I'd say. By the way, welcome to the board!

Of course the "know it alls" over at Mopars would tell you this was a scam and deals don't exsist anymore ::)

My Dad taught me about TIME TRAVEL.
"If you don't straighten up, I'm going to knock you into the middle of next week!" :P

Wasn't a scam, just a good old fashioned good deal.  I had emailed the guy who told me it sold.  A scammer would have sent one of those messages that reads something like send money online blah blah blah car will be there in 2 days lol.

That charger was in Mopar Muscle  mag. march 2005 , on the rare finds page. At least its the same picture.
The guy claimed to bought it for a 1000, and a bunch of parts for 300 more. Odd that he knew he got a hell of a good deal, then sell it for only 200 more.
