...was made on the same day as my charger that I am using it for parts for.  date 1/16/1973, they are 963 cars away from each other by the sequence code.  They were made by the same guys at the same plant on the same day and most likely sat on the same lot in St. Louis for a minor period of time.  Just something that was interesting I guess.  Strat will probably say that this thread wasted 2 mins of his life or something :D

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

i used to own 2 340s cast a day apart in 69. and ironicly i pulled them bouth from pickup trucks, one was in a 72 one was in a 77   ???

Not to burst your bubble but they were not built by the same guys. For that to happen they would have had to build 120 cars a hour. One was built on 1st shift ( early in the shift )and the other on 2nd shift (late in the shift ). But still on the same day.
