well, there must be hundreds of these country-music "superstars" that no-one outside US has ever heard of. succesfull musician, I am sure, but not a celebrity in my book. even OCC guys or wwf wrestlers are more known in europe but nevermind.

Alan Jackson is a celebrity in the US, which is the top place to be a celebrity; not to mention that the Mopars that this site is dedicated to are American, and the members here are largely American, so celebrities from the US are an obvious choice for this thread.

By the way, among the world's richest celebrities I doubt you'll find many that aren't American or haven't made it big in the US.
