Broadcast sheet decoding questions

So I have both of my sheets and I'm trying to decode them.  I have most of the info, except something to decode the first 6 lines.  Obviously some of it is readdressed in the lower  lines and I have decoded my VIN already.  Can anyone explain the top 6 lines to me?  thanks!

As each year was different, what year are we talking about?

Generally, the top of the sheet contains administrative data (Sequence VON - VIN and possibly paint or stripe codes. The rest of the lines can contain sales codes, assembly codes, parts codes and possibly color codes in the case of the steering column assembly or wheels.

I can help if you want or I'm sure there are lots of people here that can decode it.
