Are roller rockers needed for this cam?

I've heard good things about this cam. Are roller rockers necessary? Or will stock rocker arms work?

your stock rockers will be fine as long as they are in good shape.........that is an excellent cam,made by the best in the business.......kim

:iagree: stock rocker assembly is fine....just make sure to get the proper valvesprings when you do the cam swap.  ;)

I'm going to call some tech lines this week and see what they say. Every step of the machine work (except for the boring of the block) has been a battle with my machinist. When I stopped in Friday the first words out his mouth were "Man Chrysler parts are expensive."

He claims to have spoke to technical support at Comp Cams and they said they won't warranty these cams if there valve trains aren't used because it lifts so quick. If this is not true either somebody is attempting to sell something to him, or he's B.S. ing ME into spending more money than I need to.

I'm sorry. I probably shouldn't be putting all the gory details of my problems in print. But he's making me nervou$.

Well, after being on hold for 15 minutes I talked to the tech line at Comp Cams today and I was told the same thing you guys are saying. I was able to set mule head strait again.
