How much $$ to insure car for??

Hi guys. I was just sitting here and debating with a friend of mine and how much insurance coverage that I should put on the car this year. I have $25,000 on it now but I'm thinking of upping it to $30-$35,000. How do you guys come up with an accurate amount to insure your cars for???

I figure the average replacement cost. I have $35K on my '70 Charger and $20K on the '72 Ralley
