I'm gonna guess here, how about Mother's wheel polish?  I know its for aluminum rims, but it seems to be a good mild  solvent/mild abrasive rubbing compound  and don't think it would hurt the ceramic,  :shruggy:    or rubbing compound for that matter.
Or maybe some 1000 or 600 emery cloth (black sand paper) with some WD-40 for lubrication for wet sand.

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

I would not use the emery cloth.  Chrome cleaner with a buffing wheel would take out the stain but you will have to wash it with a mild soap to remove any oil residue.  Have you checked the manufacturers recomdenations?

Let us know if you find something that works.

good luck
