I spent most of tonight working with my upper door pads. I was very surprised by how nicely these things cleaned up! They are in very good condition, with the vinyl still soft and just one tear on one of the upper door pads. Two of them were still on the car, while another two were in the dirty, rusty trunk when I got the car. They really looked pretty bad, but after a good bit of work they are for sure up to my standards!

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Thanks guys!

It really didn't take much to clean them up. I first wiped them down with a wet rag, then used a little bit of a soapy mixture and a bit of elbow grease. It took quite a few passes to get all the grime and dirt off. I then swiped them with the wet rag again, dried them, sprayed them down with some Armor All, and wiped them over with a dry cloth. For the dips in the little center line thing and around the emblem, I used the rubber end of a detailing tool from Wal-Mart to get the grime out/off. I don't think they could be any better besides being completely re-done by Just Dashes or something. Like I said, they are still very soft and pliable, which is the best part.
