As far as we know its been for sale since December 10, 2006. 

Guy is selling 85 ford F250 in a couple weeks. It has a 351 with an edelbrock intake and carb, 4 speed, 4wd works great! 4:10 gears posi front and rear, 2 inch suspension lift lift with 33 inch tires, very sound and solid truck
How much do you guys think its worth. Im trying to get some pics from him

OK OK maybe you both can go in on it. I think Silver  likes it because it is SILVER......don't tell me thats why you like it. The rust is almost up into the silver right now. With gas over 3 bucks a gallon he probably can't sell it. It may be worth 15-2 but thats if you like mud. MUD = rust sooner or later. In this case now. That ole white Ford looks rust free not that it is worth it though. It maybe a colectors item soon.....the silver one will never be IMO.

Silver, if that thing has been advertised & still for sale since last freakin' year, you better give some serious thought as to why. If the guy didn't advertise it, then maybe it's a decent truck. Trucks in general seem to hold value better than a car, & I know a lot of people who go nuts over a clean, older, Ford truck.

Some of the higher priced ads SeattleChargerDog posted, don't surprise me at all. A friend of mine was selling a late 1970's F-250 & almost had 2 guys in a fist fight on his front lawn over who saw it for sale first. He used it to death as a landscaper, hauled stone for walls through the woods, & snow plowed with it. It looked like it went off a cliff, painted it with a roller, had lots of rust, but still ran. He got a newer truck & just didn't need it. It was on his lawn for less than a 3 hours & it sold for more than he asked. ($500 or $600 maybe?)

I have a 1995 Ford F-150 I like. It's been one of the most dependable vehicles I've ever owned. Has just about 132,000 miles on it & has never left me stranded or has never broken down. It's a 5.8L, 4x2, extended cab, auto trans, & I've gotten just over 17 mpg going on long trips, like Carlisle. I used it to tow my trailers & it towed great. As with anything, time, age, & weather, isn't kind to a vehicle. It has a couple of rust bubbles at the rear wheel lips, some creaks & squeaks, but it's still clean. I use it to get to work, run to Home Depot.

Just buy the damn thing if it runs, but if it's a POS, don't post back or the whole forum will make you wish you were never born.

How did you know i have one laying around?  Do you have ESPN?

I'll try and dig it out this weekend if you really need it.  I even saved the metal brackets that weld to the floor to support it.

I sort of am going by the pics too much I guess.   I don't know about the rust issue.  Ya, most old vehicles around here don't have rust issues since no salt is used anywhere around here for many states away.   I guess cars in michigan where a lot of my family are from get all rusted out really bad.
   (how my charger got the quarters so rusted out,  , I don't know,)  its forty years old though, who knows

It does have some rust, Ill fix that don't worry. Guy's including patch panel with it, new tabs will be on it, new end links, new battery. It might have less rust than your Charger though Btw I do not plan driving it daily so $3 gas doesn't scare me.
I don't care for silver, if I'd get it I'd paint it black, eventually.
