I'm trying to break down my broadcast (saving +100$ ) but I have some missing parts of information  , especially in the first part, could any one assist in the correct explaination, I have added the heading and the code, (all of it for the ) a lot of information is from the 70 Charger registry break down of broadcast (thx a lot ) but I can't find any source for 71 on the web, any one knows where to find it?
