No pix pf you friends cars , or dogs , pony's , deer , or anything else . Start a thread under gen for all of your friends cars . Larry

I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

A simple car cover would be better than whats happening to them right now though. Let me guess, hes another won of those guys that doesn't drive his cars and *takes* care of them as shown. Sorry for jacking your thread here Larry, but another horses ass already did that as you can see.haha...

Hey, you can hate the game but don't hate the player.

They look good you hardwork is paying off.I had some of these moulding laying around from a parted conv.As they are already concave .Might be a place to start from and modify a existing piece.Got to hand it to for fabbing up those from scratch.Do you start from with a piece off stainless.Or alum which would be easier to shape .And could be highly polished out

I MAKE THEM FROM A BLANK PIECE OF STAINLESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NOT FROM ALUM ,  NEW STAINLESS

the pillar stainless is straight with a slight twist to it , that said theres not a straight section anywhere to be found on the conv stainless ,If anyone out there needs a set let me know , I will be taking orders . Larry

So your saying your built pillars lack the tab detail found on original parts. How much are your in comparision .
Eric Nelson makes them...they're $500 a pair.

Quote from: hotrod98
They're actually more complicated than they appear. As for my clone, I wouldn't mind if they were a little different if they were substantially cheaper. I'm sure that Eric's parts are very accurate and warrant the $500 price tag. It's just that for a driver clone, that's a little more than I would like to spend on a couple of small trim pieces.
Keep us posted if your guy decides to build them

Dave those tabs are not visable when installed so my pillars will look as good and fit better than orig , just look at the top , the stock is just angled , mine have a slight curve , looks better . Please keep us all up to date with pix on your conv top stainless transformed into pillar stainless . When your done with that I need a SPACESHIP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
