Help finding a misc interior parts - 68 Charger

Anyone know where I can get the door plugs?  They are same color as interior and cover up a few of the door holes on the front side of the door, nearest the door hinge.  I have one side without it.

Also,  The shifter is missing something I guess because It doesn't indicate what gear I am in.  What am I missing?  Where can i find it and does anyone have a pic of what it's supposed to look like?

I am almost positive that there is no indicator to tell what gear you are in, you have to guess

The plugs I think come with the interior plug kit if I am not mistaken.

I believe the plugs in the kit are black and need to be painted to match your interior.
