I think Hedman 18" long 4" dia glass packs. They have a straight through inner steel pipe with punched louvers (not screen) and will bascially last forever.

does anyone have any experience with 3" dynomax bullets with a 3" x-pipe on the street?  how do they sound? i take it they are louder than the glasspacks 
might use those.

Not a completely fair comparison, but a friend of mine runs a similar setup to that in a big block Ford.  Loud?  Let's just say he has no trouble setting off car alarms when he drives by.
