woman harrassed at work basically

Every day, a male coworker finds a way to be right there while an attractive female employee
pours herself a mug of coffee in the break room
at a big box store where she has an office job coordinating deliveries.
His routine is to walk up and while standing very close,
lean forward a bit while inhaling deeply through his nose
and in the softest of voices, whisper "Mmmmm, your hair smells heavenly today".
Every day its exactly the same except that he uses heavenly for Monday, fantastic for Tuesday,
great for Wednesday, very nice for Thursday, and fabulous for Friday.

After having endured some weeks of this behavior,
the female employee pays a visit to the personnel department
and tells the supervisor that she needs to file a harassment grievance against this guy
because she just can't take it any more.

Puzzled, the supervisor asks, "I don't understand,
what's so threatening about a coworker telling you your hair smells nice?"     

The woman replies in a somewhat embarrassed voice,
"Well, It's Keith...............you know,
the little guy -- the midget who works
on the loading dock and drives the forklift!"
