Is there a tool to remove this trim? And if not is there an easy way to remove without breaking? Thanks

Screw drivers, from the inside after you remove the upper pads..
Good luck,

what do you mean by upper pads? and does that rivet head need drilled?

THE CHARGER PUNK

no the interior upper door pads, u use a screw driver and pop out the head of the trim which connect it 2 the car , be careful :icon_smile_big:-MATT

Anyone??? Some one has to know a trick or two on how to remove this. I already broke one trim piece don't want any more getting trashed.

Do NOT drill that little rivet!!!  :scared:
The 1/4 panel belt molding is pretty simple to remove once you know how. I've always had to remove the 1/4 glass to get the molding off, but some other members here didn't have to. The rear upper interior pad first must be removed. Then, remove the window fuzzy on the 1/4 panel. You'll see small Phillips sheetmetal screws holding this molding on. Take those off. You then need to carefully lift & slightly twist it to detach it from the drip molding. It should then lift out.
Good luck!!
