SE QTR. GLASS INSERTS

HOW DO YOU TAKE THE SE QTR. GLASS INSERTS OUT TO MAKE A 74 INTO A REG. DODGE CHARGER? DO YOU JUST TAKE THE SCREWS OUT OR DO HAVE TO CUT THEM OUT?

SE quarter glass assembly consist on a body plug filler with glass attached and then inner and outer louvers attached with screws, however is not just an insert, a B pillar where body plug filler is bolted needs to be removed, same as drip rail enlarged. Quarter and roof are the same. Inner panels are different too same as headliner trim.
